This program must be set up to run on ONE computer at your site. It can be run on the file server or any workstation. It automatically performs the following functions:
  • Recalculates all active reservations
  • Recalculates Accounts Receivable totals
  • Sets checked out reservations as inactive (after 2 days)
  • Sets checked out groups as inactive (after 2 days)
  • Updates Room Usage totals

To run this program click start..LodgeIC PMS program group...Inn End of Day. An icon (half moon) will appear in the system tray indicating the program is running. To automatically run this function when Windows starts, right click on the icon in the system tray and open the program. Then select Enable at startup.

This program should run only once per day. If it is run more than once, the room usage totals used for determining automatic room assignment at check in will be skewed.
